Accepted Payment Methods
Cash and Venmo are the only accepted payment methods. A small non-refundable & non-transferable deposit is collected upon booking by credit card. The remaining balance of the service will be due the day of your service by cash or venmo only. You can add a credit card to Venmo to pay with credit.
No children & extra guest
No guests or children will be allowed due to cross-contamination & interruption. If you come to your appointment with a child, we will not be able to complete your appointment as everyone must be over the age of 18. Thank you for your understanding.
New Clients
If you are a new client to Mad Haus Aesthetics, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out your service forms.
Please read over all precare & aftercare procedures in the educational section of our website. When you arrive, please grab a seat & wait patiently in our waiting area until your esthetician is ready for you.
Late Policy
We understand that delays can happen, however we must keep the other clients on time. Please allow enough travel time for traffic, weather delays, and/or gps issues. Please use a dependable gps such as google maps. If you are 15 minutes late, you may have to be rescheduled and may be charged for your service.
Cancellations & No Show’s
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. Due to being by appointment only, if you do not cancel atleast 48 hours in advance, you may be charged 100% of your service. If you cancel the same day or no show your appointment, you may be charged 100% of the service.
Please do not come if you are sick. If you are feeling unwell, please let me know asap and we will reschedule your appointment. If you come in sick with symptoms of coughing, runny nose, clearing of throat, fever, ect; you will be asked to leave & will be charged fully for your service for not cancelling ahead of time & risking our health.
After 1 incident of rescheduling due to illness, you will be charged fully for your next service the next time you cancel for any reason if it’s within a year.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you forfeit your deposit.
